When the Misti volcano awakens covered in light, Loncco<\/b>also awakens: a cheerful, stubborn, and proud Arequipan man, with a noble heart and a spicy soul.<\/p>\n

He walks through the streets of Arequipa, following the aromas that tell stories: the roasted rocoto chili, the stew cooked for hours, the shrimp chupe that steams like a volcano, and the chicha de jora that cheers up even the silence.<\/p>\n

Every afternoon, Loncco arrives at his usual picanter\u00eda (traditional restaurant), where the tables hold memories and the clay pots smell of history.
