Born at the foot of a volcano, his mind knew neither gravity nor borders. He sketched on paper the engines that would one day carry humanity to touch the cosmos, gifting the world the master key to the space age.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engineer, inventor, and diplomat from Arequipa, considered one of the pioneers of modern astronautics. He designed one of the first liquid-fuel engines decades before the development of modern space travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His research was recognized internationally and provided fundamental foundations for the development of space technology and rocket propulsion.
