“The traditional flavor of Arequipa”

The Odiaga Arias family created Kola Escocesa, one of the most emblematic beverages of Arequipa. Armando Odiaga founded the brand in 1950 after partnering with a mineral water bottling plant in Yura.

“La Escocesa” became a symbol of Arequipenian identity thanks to its characteristic flavor and its presence in traditional picanterías and restaurants. The company reached its third family generation and won international awards for the quality of its products.
